We stand by our product! The XLnt Sharpening Machine comes with a 2-year return-to-base warranty. That means if there’s a fault due to manufacturing defects, send it back to us, and we’ll sort it out.
- What’s covered? Faults due to manufacturing defects.
- What’s not covered? Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- How to claim? Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our site are listed in GBP (£). Please check with your bank or payment provider for any exchange rates if you’re purchasing from outside the UK.
4. Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? No problem! Here’s how returns work:
- You can return an unused machine within 28 days of purchase.
- A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all non-faulty returns.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- You cover the return shipping unless the item is faulty.
If the machine is faulty, we’ll repair or replace it under warranty at no cost to you.
